Football first team performed the training session preparing for the coming match against Al Shabab in the Saudi professional league of which falls on Sunday at King Fahd International Stadium. Mohammed Aldeayea, Yasser Alqhatni and Ahmed Alfraidi performed their exercises at the gym. The squad will perform the last session prior the match in the evening and then camp at HRH Prince Hathlool Bin Abdallaziz Camp.

The session for Monday and Tuesday will be in the evening, however the session of Wednesday, which is before Al Ittihad match day, has not been announced yet.

On the other hand, first team of volleyball defeated Shar of Oman with 3-nil, (25-22 � 25-14 � 25-15) in the Gulf Championship.

Youth team of football defeated Al Ta�ai for 2-nil in the Saudi league for Youth. Raqi Falata and Abdallaziz Alswelim scored for Al Hilal in the 15^th and 78^th minutes. Bu this victory, Al Hilal jumped to the fifth place in the ranking.
