• The team continues training in Austria: 

Al-Hilal first team squad continued their preparations today Sunday with two sessions during the pre-season training camp that is taking place in Austria, that the morning session began with warming-up exercises which followed with fitness exercises at the first part of the session, then the Argentine manager of the team "Mr. Ramon Diaz" divided the squad into four groups that underwent stamina and strengthening exercises, after that the coach directed half-pitch practice game for each two groups; which ended with running on the pitch at different speeds and distances. 

 

• Fitness and technical session in the evening

The second training session included ball fitness drills; in addition to practicing a number of technical-tactical exercises for all lines of the team that followed with shooting on goal training that directed by the technical staff.

 

• The team to undergo two sessions tomorrow: 

Al-Hilal team will continue training tomorrow Monday with two sessions in the morning and evening.
