Austria - Prince Fahad Bin Salman Media Center of Al-Hilal Club 

 

• Technical session in the morning: 

Al-Hilal first team squad continued their training sessions today Saturday with two sessions during Austria pre-season training camp, that the morning session based largely on the fitness, physical and technical exercises, which included stamina, agility, strengthening exercises at the first part of the session, then the Argentine manager of the team "Mr. Ramon Diaz" divided the squad into groups that practiced some ball drills and techniques, then the coach directed reduced-size ball practices; which ended with running on the pitch at different speeds and distances.

   

• The team continues training in the evening: 

The second training session began with practicing some ball fitness drills, then the technical staff directed a number of practice games on the pitch, at the same time the player "Mujahed Al-Manea" continued with his rehab program.

 

• Two training sessions for the team tomorrow: 

Al-Hilal team will continue training tomorrow Sunday with two sessions in the morning and evening.
